Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service

the sunshine coast hospital and health service (schhs) is responsible for providing public health services throughout the coastal and hinterland areas from caloundra in the south to gympie in the north and west to maleny. the schhs provides services through nambour general hospital, caloundra hospital, gympie hospital, maleny soldiers memorial hospital and a comprehensive range of sub-acute, ambulatory and extended care, community health, mental health, oral health and aged care services across a number of centres and facilities across the sunshine coast. the sunshine coast university hospital, currently under development, will be the largest hospital in our hospital and health service. the hospital, at kawana, will open with 450 beds in 2016 and expand to a 738 bed facility by 2021. for more information about employment opportunities with the schhs please visits our job seeker page: www.health.qld.gov.au/sunshinecoast/html/careers.asp
