the marino gas fire was designed by sunwood, dutch design. a dutch family run business specialised in outdoor gas fires. sunwood products are made in holland and can be seen in the entire world. sunwood patio heaters are currently also available in the united kingdom. in 2016 sunwood uk was established, run by two good friends named nick and nick. they saw the marino gas fire for the first time during their travels in denmark and ibiza. as soon as they returned they wanted to know more about the patio fires, and discovered nobody in the uk offered a heater like the marino. this is when nick and nick joined the family as the exclusive sunwood distributor in the uk. sunwood uk is passionate about providing you with a cosy and warm outdoor area. they will be working closely with the sunderman family to share the warmth in the uk. their mission is to bring the unique fireplace to not only bars and hotels, but also the more discerning individual.
