Suomen Mentorit Ry

suomen mentorit ry (mentors of finland association) was born out of two women’s frustration with a lot of talk and little action when it comes to youth unemployment. together with four like-minded people, they founded a non-profit suomen mentorit ry and virtual forum (www.suomenmentorit.fi) to help recent graduates find employment through mentoring. in the mentoring program, prominent leaders and experts from various fields share their knowledge and experience to help the graduates start their careers. young people get first-hand advice from working life, as well as a chance to discuss and test their views with the mentors. in return, the mentors get an insight into the world of young adults, learn about the latest research findings from their fields, and get a unique opportunity to make a difference.
