suomivalimo is a supplier of medium heavy cast iron components, a reliable, flexible and local partner to its customers. the foundry offers engineering and casting design as well as machining and supply chain management. suomivalimo produces hand moulded cast iron components from 200 kg to 5,500 kg in small batches and single pieces and based on furan resin technology. we employ more than 100 foundry professionals in our foundry located in iisalmi, finland. the foundry has annual production capacity of 10,000- 13,000 tons and its production area is 15,000 m2. suomivalimo is an independent and privately-owned company. it has been established in helsinki already in 1918 and as of 1975 it has been located in iisalmi. the company's annual turnover is approximately eur 15 million (2017).
