supanth (sustainable upliftment and training with honour) is a group of individuals from diverse fields, who have come together with a vision of guiding the youth from marginalized communities towards better employment and self-employment opportunities, by improving access to skills training and building a positive approach among the younger generation towards various vocations. supanth has taken up the mission to empower children and youth by providing them sustainable avenues of skill development, for earning a livelihood with honour - in line with the national mission of skill india. the group consists of professional social workers as well as education and industry experts, with a collective working experience of more than three decades. started in october 2020, supanth has initiated student mobilization activities in various communities across pune city, helping the youths connect with vocational skills training institutes. supanth has also started in-house support classes for eng
