super jjed food processing is samar’s original producer of delicious seafood goodies from pacific mussels known as tahong. they offer the best of nutritious protein rich delicacies and culinary products from the bountiful seas of samar. they prepare these seafood products in the tastiest ways that everyone will surely love. the goal-oriented mr. danilo gabin founded super jjed food processing. mrs. emila gabin, his wife, also helped him run the business. super jjed food processing started running on november, 2003. although it was just a “try-out” if the business will succeed. they started the business with only three (3) kilos of flour along with enough supply of mussels. they made tahong chips (crackers made from mussels) out of the raw materials they had. and for one peso for each small pack, they supplied some to school canteens. they also supplied to bus vendors selling inside buses. because of the hard work of mr. gabin and his wife, the business become established by the year
