super shot provides immunizations against flu and over 15 other vaccine preventable childhood diseases to children ages birth to 18 who are uninsured, underinsured, or medicaid eligible. our largest program is our network of 9 immunization clinic sites in fort wayne and surrounding communities. we also reach children through project immunize (for children from birth to age two); reminder recall (personal and autodialed calls and postcards when a child is due or past due for shots); and community education including distribution of educational materials to parents of newborns at local hospitals, child care facilities, community partners and at our clinic sites.
