connie boucher is the founder of super simple wellness. she is a lifestyle coach, a published ‘self-help’ author and licensed massage therapist. connie graduated from utah college of massage therapy in 1995, and received certification as a holistic health coach in 2000. she has also been trained and received certification in emotional freedom techniques, whole food nutrition, essential oil medicine and energy therapy. connie is passionate about creating healers in homes through the empowering individuals. she has taught wellness classes for over a decade and developed a series of wellness and healing courses, and hands-on workshops on the subjects of energy healing, chakra balancing, essential oils, herbal medicine, nutritious eating, organic gardening, and massage techniques.
