superior catering is a farm-to-table with a social impact approach operating out of the communities of monchy and millet. our mission to reduce poverty and improve food security is underpinned by our belief that the best route out of poverty for the majority of saint lucia's rural poor is the development of profitable agriculture with strong links to markets. •we are a socially responsible business operating across the value chains which have the potential to make a major positive social impact in the community. currently focusing primarily on the monchy and millet communities and with plans to expand further into nearby communities, we are raising agricultural productivity, increasing incomes, creating employment opportunities and in doing so, helping to reduce food insecurity, hunger and under nutrition in the community. •superior catering promotes buying local and facilitates direct connections between farmers and buyers in order to grow the local food economy. this work has been at
