superior metal works is a full service machine and fabrication shop. we have a toshiba shibaura horizontal boring machine capable of machining parts 295" x 98" x 39" with table capacity up to 40 tons. we also have cnc machining lathes and cnc machining centers. our machinists have combined more than 100 years experience utilizing manual and automated machines. equipment includes ikegai horizontal boring mill, g&l horizontal boring mill, kuzaki hollow spindle lathe, poreba lathe, g&l radial arm drill, mazak 24 lathe, a tacchi hi rise lathe, and several manual machining centers. our building is 27,000 square feet and includes several overhead cranes with lifting capacity up 30 tons. we have 49 feet under hook in order to move large items throughout the building. we provide onsite services to the coal and power generation industries. our portable boring machines routinely keep operations up and running on saturday and sunday servicing on demand.
