alliance is an independent retailer that prides itself in delivering value, range and quality to its customer. being locally owned and a small business also means that we understand our customers’ needs and can react quickly to support the changing pressures of island life. alliance started with one large out of town supermarket in guernsey and has in the last few years expanded into jersey, with a flagship store in sand street, and stores in halkett street, broad street and st ouens. we have a strong relationship with tesco who have been very supportive of our plans to develop our stores in line with our strategy of delivering value, range and quality to all our customers. halkett street in addition to stocking the tesco range, has a wellbeing store called ‘balance’ on the first floor which brings together a number of leading brands with a focus on promoting a healthier lifestyle.
