adventurous collaboration of chefs, foragers, cultivators, artists and activists, creating delicious, next level plant based food and drink that generates positive change towards a more sustainable, environmentally conscious and regenerative food system. our menus are a celebration of hyper seasonal british produce and every dish is homemade using plant based wholefoods. ingredients are sourced as close to home as possible by growing our own on site, foraging wild produce and buying surplus from neighbours, purchasing further afield only from carefully selected independent farmers and producers who are using minimal intervention and regenerative farming methods. we practice zero waste principles by pickling, fermenting, dehydrating and through the creative usage of every last part of each whole raw ingredient.
