acting as a charitable organization, "support beyond the service desk" seeks to gather funds, mainly from those who work in the service/support desk industry, and appropriate those funds to other charities/npos based on the contributor's categorical selection from a wide spectrum of different efforts such as mental health awareness programs, third-world education improvement programs, hunger/malnourishment projects, disabled veteran support programs, and more.
