we formed support coordination academy because we had heard from ndis participants and support coordinators that they need practical help to make it easier to implement their ndis plans and manage the challenges that come up. there is a lot of information out there, but a lot of it is too general, too technical, or too theoretical. we started developing our tools, processes and training in 2015, and have trialed them extensively in different settings. we are now working with numerous support coordination providers across the country. we consistently hear that our detailed training and practical tools to give them structure and confidence, and help them to simply get on with the job. visit our website to see how we can assist you!
