offering creative outlets for the local community to improve health & wellbeing and work for local artists & teachers. founded in late 2021, support independent art (sia) works with groups and organisations in the ec1 area to deliver affordable activities supporting mental and physical wellbeing to individuals and local communities. with funding through arts council england we started sia to help support our local community by providing work for local teachers and artistic practitioners as well as space for them to hold classes, and through offering creative outlets for local groups and individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through movement and dance. we provide accessible classes and workshops for in-person or online attendance, suitable for all levels and abilities. we aim to transport nature directly into the homes of people with limited access to the outside world. we organise workshops helping people enjoy movement outdoors, inspired by yoga and meditation. let us t
