supportfe ltd. is a small, independent consultancy providing a broad range of support to schools, colleges and educational organisations within the uk. the company directors and owners, maxine smith and ian roberts, both have almost 30 years experience in education predominately in further and adult education but also much of it in schools and higher education. our drive as directors of supportfe remains the same as it was during our many years working directly in and for education providers; namely to support organisations and staff to be the very best they can in their provision for their learners. we moved to set up our own company and become independent as belief grew that we could have a even greater and more positive impact using that format. it was also a personal choice, as we both understood that the opportunities, challenges, adventure, travel and all other aspects of the interim nature of our work suit us. we believe very strongly in the supportive but rigorous approach w
