support studio was founded in 2021 and is currently delivering highly skilled and personable mental health and disability support work throughout the greater melbourne (vic) and northern rivers (nsw) areas. the support studio approach is based on evidence. our practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred. essentially this means we’ll aim to understand your difficult experiences, work with you to build on your skills, and always ensure you’re in the driver’s seat. we utilise a holistic model that is task-focused and goal orientated, taking into consideration your physical, emotional and social needs. together we will help you identify the things you want to achieve, working collaboratively to turn your goals into outcomes. this might include helping you to be more involved in your community, working towards your education or employment goals, improving your health and wellbeing, building your independent living skills, or simply doing more of the activities you
