3 amis étudiants en agronomie. 1 an à vélo sur les routes de france à la rencontre des personnes qui nous nourrissent chaque jour. 10 aliments de notre quotidien suivis du champ à l'assiette. 3 objectifs : comprendre. nous rencontrons des agriculteurs, des transformateurs, distributeurs, institutions dans leur quotidien, que ce soit à des échelles paysannes, artisanales, industrielles, et de convictions différentes, ... nous souhaitons donner la parole à tous pour comprendre notre système alimentaire dans son ensemble. partager. nos interviews sont retransmises sous la forme d'une web-série youtube à destination des consommateurs pour leur partager nos apprentissages et leur donner des clés de réflexion sur la manière dont se remplissent leurs assiettes. agir. nous souhaitons éclairer les débats pour amorcer une réflexion objective et complète sur notre alimentation. et ainsi, construire ensemble un système alimentaire plus durable.
