Sports Studies Association

sports studies association (ssa) was founded in 2013 by academicians, trainers, coaches and sports managers carrying out works and studies at various levels in the field of sports. since its foundation, ssa has been carrying out studies aiming at providing contribution to the development and dissemination of the sports studies in turkey and all around the world. ssa aims to produce scientific knowledge in fields such as sports education, sports and health disciplines, movement and training sciences, sports technology and recreation; to develop approaches for the solution of existing problems and needs by turning these knowledge into technical knowledge; and to use these approaches as solution tools by means of project-based works. besides, the association also aims to carry out social responsibility works in the field of sports. in the fields stated above, ssa cooperates with relevant national and international public and private organizations, local administrations, ngos and other rel
