upsvis was formed in 2011 as a radiology private practice specializing in vascular and interventional procedures. the vein clinic of northern michigan was formed in 2003 for the sole purpose of treatment of varicose veins, deep venous thrombosis (dvt) and other venous diseases of the extremities. we currently offer clinic services in marquette and escanaba. for years, many patients with varicose veins and other venous disease, which may or may not lead to bulging varicose veins, have been under-diagnosed or have been presented with limited, incomplete or undesirable treatment options. the mission of the vein clinic is to utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment options to present patients with a comprehensive treatment plan, which will offer the best possible outcome with minimal patient discomfort and short recovery time.
