bellingrath family law (formerly the west law firm, pllc) is a growing family law firm located in north raleigh/wake co.. we can assist clients who are in marital and/or family transitions, from prenuptial agreement before marriage to post-nuptial agreements during their marriage to separation agreements, divorce, and/or litigation of issues arising out of the dissolution of their marriage or other non-marital, romantic relationship(s). this may include such issues as: post-separation support and alimony, property settlements (equitable distribution), child custody, child support, domestic violence, alienation of affection and criminal conversation (claims arising from marital infidelity). we can further assist those who need assistance modifying and/or enforcing prior agreements and/or court orders.
