experience has shown that you can't out-train a bad diet. on the other hand, there's so much false information out there for most people to make sense of. this is why the body connection brings evidence-based research in nutrition and sports physiology to the table to advise you on the most healthy paths you can take towards your goals. our work is based on the training methods arthur lydiard, dr. phil maffetone, and professor tim noakes amongst others. we adapt these to all practices (endurance, team sports, racket sports, and more) and all athletes from competitor to newbie: - people that are new to sports or stepping up to new goals - diabetics (t1 & t2) and other chronic disease patients, that want to improve their health though diet and physical activity to aid with their symptoms - competitive amateurs & semi-professional athletes - and of course, you & your unique project.
