creating food that feeds the soul. at soulistic, we focus on the wellness of the body, mind and soul as a whole. this includes a person’s physical, mental, and emotional health, while taking social factors into consideration. we believe true health and happiness comes when you start raising awareness to your body and by feeding yourself with the right food. this is why we came up with the name "soulistic". it is a portmanteau of ‘holistic’ and ‘soul’, which forms the foundation of everything that we do - creating plant-based food that feeds the soul. the word ‘soul’ also has a similar tone to the chinese word for veganism. food is healthcare. when diet is wrong, medicine is of little use. when our diet is corrected, medicine is of no need. this is why: education plays a huge role in our mission. since 2018, we have been collaborating with schools and companies around asia, educating and creating experiences for our community to incorporate a healing food diet into their lifestyle.
