this year, the society will embark on an exciting journey in which we will embrace technologies to keep our members connected, regardless of where they are in the world. this change will put the society at the forefront of the university's societies, as we will be offering e-seminars and tutorials to our members online, making a real step forward into the digital age. the trading & portfolio management society for the university of strathclyde exists with the aim to provide the following to members: - the basics of trading in the capital markets - access to speakers who are currently trading and managing significant financial portfolios - the opportunity to achieve certification in bloomberg market concepts - learn how to provide professional analysis based on both technicals and fundamentals - understanding the tools which can be utilised in order to maximise their trading potential
