international management studies (i.m.s.) is the greek international center of strathclyde business school, offering some of strathclydes' postgraduate management degrees (mainly the mba); promoting them in greece, handling enquiries, providing information and receiving applications, while during studies it provides all local administrative services, lectures, seminars and examinations. ims is operating in greece since 1996, as an institution of british management education specialists providing high quality management development programes to experienced professionals. it is now located in athens, housing in its premises seminar rooms, a computer network and a management education library. nevertheless, strathclyde business school makes all admissions decisions while also provides core teaching materials and teachers (strathclyde university faculty members), who come to greece to run the all intensive seminars, in order to maintain high standards of consistency throughout the world. a
