freelance work programme delivery: •adult advancement and career service •information, advice and guidance •employability workshop •criminal disclosure worshop •skills based cv - £30 per jobseeker •job coaching – supporting clients to sustain employment •job brokerage / job club •project evaluation & monitoring •community csr all staff have at least an nvq level 4 in career guidance, 5 years pratitioner experience, an enhanced crb in the last 6 months and personal indemnity insurance. you do not need to worry about recruiting staff directly or paying a recruitment agency. all you do is specify the work you want done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. all staff are registered with inland revenue and have their own unique tax reference number (utr). when an assignment is completed they will invoice you based on the agreed rate along with the evidence of agreed outcomes.
