neighbor in need helps low income, elderly, homeowners make emergency home repairs. we are active in the atlanta and decatur communities of east lake, kirkwood, edgewood, east atlanta and oakhurst. we focus on giving seniors top quality contractors that they otherwise could not afford. there is never a chagre to the homeowner for our services. we are a 501 (c) 3 charitable corp.our primary services are; heating and air, plumbuing, roofing, electrical, light carpentry and small appliance repair. we protect what is usually the largest asset our seniors own; their homes value. in addition we provide peace of mind and a safe place to live. we are very thankful to our contractor partners like coolary heating and cooling, mr. plumber, pat murphy electric, shane kahn aka "doc rock" (who is the most amazing sheet rock and plaster artist you can imagine), jerry's appliance repair and others. they give us deep discounts so we can serve more people with the money we raise. neighbor in need is 100
