1962 yılında cağaloğlu’ da kurucumuz hüseyin yıldız’ ın önderliğinde şirketimiz faaliyete girmiştir. toptan kağıt satışımız ve hurda ( atık ) kağıt alanında faaliyerlerimize o günden bu güne devam etmekteyiz. 2015’te toplanan yönetim kurulu kararı sonrası sami yildiz, selami yildiz ve i̇lhami yildiz ayrılma kararı almıştır. 2015’ten beri selami yıldız’ın sahibi olduğu şirketimiz 2021 yılında kanada’da eğitimlerini tamamlayıp dönen oğulcan yıldız tarafından işletilmektedir. 1990 yılında resmi olarak yildiz kağit san. ve ti̇c. ltd. şti̇. olarak ticari faaliyetlerini devam ettiren şirket bünyemiz, günümüzde’de kendini geliştirmeye devam etmektedir.
