at the very core of our desire to start y advisors was the belief that the fundamental working relationship between clients and consultants had broken down in such a way that it now heavily favors consultants to invoke ineffective processes, procedures, and personnel in an effort to increase billable hours, knowingly underbid projects, staff under-skilled/under-prepared resources, and improve their consulting margins at the cost of the client's well-being. this practice has become commonplace and is unethical, ineffective, and quite simply put, grossly disingenuous. therefore, we have started y advisors, a company consisting of former career-consultants, whom are familiar with the disingenuous practices deployed to deceive clients and create "cash-cow" projects that stretch far over budget, over time, and never deliver the capabilities or technologies as promised. at y advisors, we provide the client with services to manage every consulting engagement from beginning to end; and,
