a yan ping é uma rede de restaurante de culinária oriental que atua no mercado nacional desde 1981. nasceu do árduo trabalho de uma família de imigrantes chineses que se estabeleceu em salvador no final da década de 60. o primeiro estabelecimento foi fundado em 1981, no bairro da barra na capital baiana. em 1983, foi inaugurado o segundo estabelecimento no bairro da pituba, com arquitetura em estilo oriental e decoração típica, onde hoje funciona a sede da franqueadora. em 1988, a yan ping passou a atuar pelo sistema delivery e, em 1992, inaugurou sua primeira loja de fast-food no shopping iguatemi em salvador. a partir daí, a empresa expandiu sua rede de operações e hoje conta com lojas em diversas cidades e capitais de nove estados do brasil e no distrito federal.
