yancy capital is a real estate private equity firm based in ghana and the united states. our mission is to provide affordable housing to ghana and serve as a model for how africa can develop sustainably. our goal is to help alleviate the housing crisis by building affordable, environmentally sustainable, and beautiful homes across ghana. we charge less for homes that are better designed and are located in beautiful, well-planned communities. our approach to development is driven by our commitment to positive environmental and social impact. we build our homes using compressed earth blocks, which are both less expensive and much more environmentally friendly. our goal is to provide people in ghana with beautiful, green communities in which to raise their families and grow wealth from their homes.
