we have created a service that seeks to educate, empower and support our future generations with their lifestyle and wellbeing. we understand that mental illness can hit at any time throughout students lives. we conduct interactive workshops to help raise awareness to the general student population. these workshops are designed to: - empower individuals to take full control of their lives - improve their confidence and self-esteem - provide effective advice on dealing with stress - give knowledge on mental illness and the wider effects - help generate a supportive and an open culture.
