yapa harvest is a commercial farm that grows a variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruit using indoor farming technology. our mission is to provide our customers with food that is: locally grown – customers will receive their yapa harvest within 24-hours of harvesting. healthy – no pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides are used during the growing process. delicious tasting – crops are harvested at peak maturity and are full-flavored and crisp, as though they were harvested from a backyard garden. environmentally friendly – very little water (e.g., 95 percent or less compared to the same variety grown outdoors) is used in the growing process. great value – yapa harvest vegetables, herbs, and fruit are priced competitively to the same crop grown using traditional farming methods. the future of farming is here, and it comes with a little something extra: yapa harvest.
