yarnell consultation supports the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of youth, young adults, families, youth-serving staff, and stakeholders through individual and organizational consultation. yarnell consultation serves youth by working with university programs, state organizations, school districts, and private schools directly by supporting the development of safe, affirming, policies that support mental health and wellness and enhancing individuals' (e.g., staff and family) capacity to support the social and emotional needs of youth. yarnell consultation offers training and consultative support to mental health practitioners, administrators, educators, and families on a variety of topics addressing the social and emotional needs of youth. yarnell consultation specializes in supporting academically advanced, twice exceptional (2e), lgbtqia+, and racially minoritized (global majority) youth, as well as the adults and organizations that care for them.
