i grew up wanting to be an artist but took a roundabout way to get here. i work by day as a manager for intel corp. my job takes me all over the world; for the past several years i work mostly in vietnam. i doodle during long plane rides back and forth, plus late at night after my daughters and husband are in bed. this hunger to create makes me realize: no one can quell your passions! through the years i've amassed a lot of doodles. i turn them into jewelry, t-shirts, cards, prints. i recently started to paint and do collage. creativity begets creativity. my husband is a stay-at-home dad. we live in new mexico's rio grande valley, surrounded by birds, coyotes, racoons, rabbits. my art is influenced by my surrounding, heritage (latina), the places i see in the world. i hope you enjoy it.
