y&w agency started in 2014 when the brilliant and talented duo, meego yassin and jaime ward decided to amalgamate their individual vancouver design agencies. they were then joined with marketing and social media expert blair kaplan and photographers lachlan mcadam and emily white. in 2017 they expanded their family to include web programer, catherine marsh and designer, angela reimer. when jaime and meego started y&w, they envisioned creating a working family, with flexible working conditions, equality among each individual, lots of support, laughs and beer! jaime and meego feel they selected the best people in their respective industries to complement and help build y&w, and provide clients with the ultimate creative services and customer experience. more than just co-workers, the group are close friends and spend much of their time together outside of work… where they usually talk about work. collectively their pedigree and experience is unmatched, working with clients such as bmw,
