bankside residents’ forum (brf) was established in 1995 in response to the major regeneration activities in the north of southwark, and especially cathedral which is our local election ward area. over a quarter of all planning applications generated within southwark affect the cathedrals ward. brf’s main objective is to inform, involve and empower local residents with regard to the on-going developments and commercial pressures placed on local residents and businesses.
