Beachin' Boot Camp

a fitness boot camp held on one of the most beautiful settings in chicago, oak street beach. sand makes our bootcamp harder, safer, and even more fun! sand makes it harder since we will be sprinting, lifting, lunging, jumping, and doing our entire workout in the sand. sand makes it safer since it is low impact and easier on your joints, but harder on your muscles for faster results! every workout is different and we use many types of workouts and equipment: resistance bands, sand bags, sprints, yoga, plyometrics (jump training), games, cardio, calisthenics, lunges, ab & core work and much more. beachin' boot camp is effective because we combine a very intense workout with a fun group setting. having a group fosters support and encouragement from your trainers and camp mates, and keeps you going way past what you would on your own.
