blake's kitchen was an accidental happening when offered a supply of fresh, local, organically grown vegetables from the local farmers market. preserving the freshness and uniqueness of every veggie growers unique flavors was the beginning of an exciting journey of designing new ways of making deliciously good, healthy foods using what we have to hand... the home growers circle of folk who grow and have abundance of edibles bring them to us for preserving and pickling as well as serving up in our 'street food' style deli stores (all in planning). vegetables are exchanged for #pi (the localised decentralised autonomous organisations trade coin) which is then tradable with other stores, products and services. various testing locations being set up and used to finalise the initial food range, cooks and funding requirements. hout bay - local produce blouberg - treating trish klapmuts - mushrooms participation in the #pi scheme is introduced through the masses via connectivity and thr
