dr. tripke has been a key note speaker on soft tissue management for the general dentist for over 25 years. due to an increase demand of a more "hands on approach" he has changed his focus to providing in-office training/workshops. he is offering 1-3 day on-site training where his team will help structure your practice for immediate success. you may ask: " how is dr. tripke's program different from the others?" this is not a "cookie cutter" training. your training will be completely designed around your office philosophy and staff. prior to your training each member will be given a detailed questionnaire to be filled out privately and returned to dr. tripke and his team. at this time we will begin to create and customize a program specifically for your office's needs and goals. not only does dr. tripke come to your office for the amount of training that you have selected, but he will be bringing a hygienist/office manager and his personal consultant. the training days will be structure
