do you ever feel frustrated trying to achieve work life balance? i’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs develop healthy and rewarding habits so that they can achieve and maintain a work life balance. this is important to me because i’ve had several businesses in my life and have always struggled with accomplishing goals i set. i never seemed to have a great handle on what was working or not, in part because i didn’t have the right goal metrics to determine what was working (or not). furthermore, i often neglected my health and my relationships while working hard to make my business successful. i started keeping a journal, keeping track of what i wanted, what i was doing, and what was working. things started to fall into place. i was happier, healthier, and much more successful. i now work with entrepreneurs who are feeling overwhelmed by life and work and really want the best for their families and themselves and still have a productive and fulfilling career. the joy is in the jour
