a non profit established by a team of youth coaches and community youth workers to help renew a youth sports culture that builds character, leadership, purpose and relationships. we offer training for coaches, players and parents. we lead team-building and effective communication building events that equip people with skills and then connect participants with service opportunities (leadership labs) in the community and across the globe. we work with schools, teams, clubs, business, churches and families creating a unique goal specific plan.
