a healthier way to eat, think and live! it’s a lifestyle is meant to be an informational look at just how easy one can transform their body into a healthier way to eat, think and live. all of the products on the site are gluten-free, peanut-free, paleo, grain-free & soy-free. a peanut has never even seen the inside of the facility. (tight security) following a paleo lifestyle, there are more restrictions for food than that of being gluten-free. therefore, everything we make is also gluten-free, by default. we use coconut sugar as a healthier alternative to regular sugar. we never use peanuts, soy, grains, wheats, legumes, rye, processed or artificial sweeteners and/or products. no corn, no corn syrup. instead we use natural alternatives like coconut flour, almond flour, coconut sugar and other natural oils in the recipes. we do use dairy in some of the products, so if requested, we may be able to substitute something else for that. since we have taken out so many unhealthy ingredients,
