finding a computer technician that knows their stuff is expected. finding one who you can understand is rare. being able to find a technician you can build a solid working relationship with is nearly unheard of. look no further, for here at it's all geek to me, you have found a certified (if not certifiable) technician who loves to troubleshoot and can also teach you some tricks and tips if you're not careful! there will be no talking down to you and there are no such things as dumb questions! i charge an affordable flat hourly rate (call for quote), and i will spend the right amount of time and attention to solve the problem. i understand where you are coming from, since once upon a time, it was all geek to me, too! why call in a squad when i can do it?
