jack’s place is a private home, licensed by tx dads as small type b assisted living. jack's place is conveniently located in the heart of the dfw metroplex with easy access to hospitals, doctors and excellent care teams. our high caregiver ratio of two staff to eight residents minimum (usually three or four to eight during the day), provides an unprecedented level of excellent care and service. we provide all meals, laundry and personal needs as well as supervise medications, nursing and therapy visits. we follow up with activities in a normal home environment to foster movement and independence to help maintain self-esteem and well-being.
