jackie's pastries + treats got its start in lima, peru in december 2014. born out of friends' curiosity for american treats, the home bakery did unexpectedly well over the holidays. jackie had to return to the u.s. in 2015, and she picked up where she had left off in peru by baking for the holidays. she pulled out her grandmother's handwritten recipes and got to work. all of jackie's recipes are tried and true, handed down over the generations. jackie's grandmother always prided herself on her baked goods, and jackie does, too. all our baked goods are made with love and joy.
