the jewish women’s foundation of new york’s leading voice and presence in new york raises the consciousness of the jewish community to the issues effecting women and girls. to achieve change, the jewish women’s foundation of new york provides organizations with funds to help create and sustain programs that benefit women and girls in the jewish community. jwfny awards money each year to organizations whose mission is aligned with the goals of the foundation. in addition to our grantmaking, jwfny is active in advocating for policies that positively impact women and girls at the local and federal level. jwfny is uniquely positioned to create long lasting, systemic and impactful change.
