our focus is on quality ingredients, great atmosphere & personal service. we are a traditional mom & pop, italian-american, red sauce restaurant featuring recipes joe learned while growing up in his sicilian grandmother's kitchen, working in his father's bakeries, receiving training in culinary school & working in fine restaurants back in new york city. joe has lived in albuquerque, nm since the 1970's; so you will also see a few entree selections with some nm influence… do you prefer red or green? at joe's pasta house you will also find sauté dishes, flown in fresh seafood, hand-cut/grass-fed steaks, chops & many fine desserts for your selection. in need of a private banquet/meeting room, boxed lunches, party platters or full custom catering? joe & kc will personally work with you to make your occasion a great success. joe & kc guzzardi both started out in the restaurant business as teenagers; serving, hosting, washing dishes, cooking, catering and working their way up to become manag
