offering world class instruction in chinese martial and healing arts to the greater harrisburg area. our programs are designed for the benefit of the entire family and focus on the of crucial life skills and personal development. for kids we have our heroes kung fu for ages 3-7. for youth and teens we offer kung fu (wushu) for ages 8 and up. adults from ages 18 to 98 can benefit from our adult kung fu, tai chi (taiji) and qigong (energy work) programs. private instruction is also available in many additional styles of internal and external chinese martial arts. all programs are under the direction of master jose johnson-8th degree black belt and former usa national champion.
