provider of professional personal training, strength & conditioning, post-rehab and corrective exercise services, and fitness consulting in the minneapolis area since 1997. services are provided in-home (limited area) or at a privately owned fitness facility located in eden prairie, mn. primary client base includes distance runners, master's athletes, older adults, elder adults, and those living with chronic disease. because the majority of my clients are recovering from injuries or surgery or have complex medical histories, i am interested in building a strong referral network with like minded allied health professionals such as md, dc, nd, rpt, ld/rd, lmt, clinical psychologist, functional medicine, etc. to better serve the people i see in my practice.
